Horizon Tech Solutions approached Shree Shyam Custom Gifts with a requirement to create premium employee recognition awards for their annual appreciation ceremony. The company wanted gifts that would go beyond conventional trophies and leave employees with a memorable keepsake they could proudly display at home or in the office.

After several design discussions, our team proposed handcrafted resin award frames incorporating crystal-clear epoxy resin, metallic gold accents, engraved acrylic nameplates, and elegant wooden bases. Every piece was individually personalized with the employee’s name, department, award category, and the company’s branding.

The objective was to combine premium craftsmanship with emotional value while maintaining consistency across all 180 pieces.

Our Design Approach

Our design team first created three unique concepts that reflected Horizon Tech Solutions’ modern corporate identity.

After the final design approval, we selected crystal-clear premium epoxy resin with subtle metallic gold leaf detailing. Acrylic laser-cut nameplates were manufactured for every award and carefully embedded inside the resin to provide a seamless finish.

The wooden bases were handcrafted and polished using premium walnut stain to complement the luxurious appearance of the resin artwork.

Production Process

Challenges Faced

Managing 180 individually personalized employee names while ensuring complete accuracy was one of the biggest challenges of the project. Every name and designation was verified multiple times before production to eliminate any possibility of engraving errors.

Maintaining identical clarity, gloss finish and premium quality across every resin award within a tight production timeline also required careful quality control at every stage.

Final Outcome

The project was completed successfully two days before the annual appreciation ceremony. Every award showcased exceptional craftsmanship, premium finishing and flawless personalization. Employees appreciated the uniqueness of the awards, making them one of the most memorable highlights of the event.
